General Research Fund
(formerly known as Competitive Earmarked Research Grant)

This is an electronic system commissioned by the Research Grants Council (RGC)of Hong Kong, China to conduct GRF (General Research Fund) (formerly known as CERG (Competitive Earmarked Research Grant )) business over the internet.  It is for use by authorised users only. 

Starting from the 2007 / 2008 funding exercise, all GRF applications are required to be submitted to the RGC through the system.
